General Capsule - Emerged as a team leader last season... looks poised for a strong senior season... oustanding blocker with solid footwork, great instincts... ability to both hit and block at very high level. Miscellaneous - Enters final season on the Hilltop ranked ninth in solo (48) and total blocks (217). 2004 Season - Showed signs of emerging as a dominant force in the middle for the Dons... shattered career-bests in virtually every meaningful category, including kills (2.74), attack percentage (.288), service aces (23), digs (0.71) and blocks (1.2)... more than doubled kills output of first two seasons on the Hilltop with 296 in 2004... earned tournament MVP honors at the TCU Molten Horned Frog Invitational, averaging 3.86 kills on .535 hitting to go along with 1.29 blocks, 1.00 digs and 1.14 aces en route to her first West Coast Conference Player of the Week honor... erupted for a career-high 23 kills on .381 hitting to go along with seven blocks in a win at Gonzaga (10/9)... matched a career-high with eight blocks at Portland (10/10)... reached 16 kills twice against UC Davis (9/3) and Nevada (11/26)... posted first career double-double with 12 kills and a career-high 12 digs against Gonzaga (11/5/04)... matched a career-high with eight blocks (two solo) against #16 Santa Clara (10/15)... reached double-digit kills in 17 matches, including a string of six consecutive and hit .400 or better eight times... tallied 13 matches with five or more blocks... ranked fifth among WCC blocks leaders and was eighth in attack percentage... earned all-tournament honors at the Fresno State Invitational and the Pacific Banker's Classic. 2003 NCAA Tournament - Tallied four kills on .400 hitting without an error against Pacific... played in two games against the Tigers in USF's first NCAA match. 2003 Season - Made solid contributions for USF as a sophomore... tallied season-high six kills on six attempts against UMKC (9/6)... collected four kills and three blocks against Gonzaga (10/11)... recorded five kills, two digs and tied a career-high with eight blocks (two solo) against #5 Pepperdine (11/1). 2002 Season - Showed signs of developing into a dominating middle before slowed by injuries... hit .421 with nine kills and five blocks in second collegiate match at Cal State Northridge (8/30)... hit a career-high 10 kills and five blocks against North Carolina A&T (8/31) and matched it with a nearly identical performance at Gonzaga (10/12)... set a career-high with eight blocks against IPFW (9/12)... shared team lead in blocks per game (0.84)... ranked second on the team in solo blocks (15); third in attack percentage (.199).
