General Capsule - A dynamic, competitive and versatile player... proven ability to dominate matches... quick arm and big jump... possesses outstanding attacking, passing and defensive skills... one of the premier players in the West Coast Conference... will be the focal points of the USF offense this season. Miscellaneous - First player in program history to surpass 500 kills in a season (504)... 962 career kills rates seventh on the career kills list... 780 career digs rates ninth all-time... 334 digs was seventh best single-season tally in program history. 2002 Season - Exploded for one of the most dominant single-season performances in USF volleyball history... tallied 504 kills, shattering the single season record... averaged 4.58 kills per game in overall matches to pace the team... ranked third among West Coast Conference leaders during league action with an impressive 4.82 kills per game... hit .442 (31, 8, 52) with a career-high 31 kills in five game marathon match at Air Force (9/21)... recorded team-high 17 double-doubles on the year including a five in six matches... pounded 20 or more kills 10 times... posted 10 straight matches with double-digit kills and concluded the season on a nine-match string... hit .421 (20, 4, 38) with 20 kills against Portland (11/9)... in nine matches against top-25 opponents, averaged 3.9 kills and 2.6 digs per game, including 23 kill, 14 dig night against #14 Santa Clara (11/23)... tallied 20 kill, 20 dig match against Stetson (9/21) with 22 kills, 20 digs against the Lady Hatters... led USF in kills in 30 out of 31 matches and led the squad in digs 11 times... earned All-West Coast Conference First Team selection. 2001 Season - Showed flashes of brilliance as a sophomore... ranked third on the team in kills for the second straight season (2.7)... third on the team in digs (2.7)... set a career-high with 19 kills in a win at Saint Mary's (9/28) while hitting at a season-best .366 clip... tallied double-digit kills in 10 times and recorded 10 or more digs in nine matches... registered six double-double efforts, including a 15 kill, 13 dig outing against #9 Pepperdine (11/10)... added a season-high 14 digs twice at Fresno State (9/21) and at Portland (11/3)... notched 17 kills to go along with 12 digs against San Jose State (9/19). 2000 Season - Made tremendous impact for USF as a freshman... ranked third on the team in kills (2.6) and fourth in digs... pounded a career-high 17 kills in wins against Portland (10/28) and at Saint Mary's (11/10)... hit .545 with 13 kills and nine digs in win against Sacramento State (9/19)... recorded five double-doubles on the season... career-high 20 digs at Gonzaga... reached double-digits in kills 11 times and recorded 10 or more digs 10 times, including five consecutive matches... tallied career-high four blocks at Cal State Fullerton (9/2) and at #9 Pepperdine (10/21). National Experience - Excellent beach player... doubles team captured the bronze medal at the 1999 Junior Olympic Beach Volleyball Championships, following a second place team showing in the 1999 Junior Olympic Indoor Volleyball Championship. Prep Career - Four-year letter-winner at La Costa Canyon High School... earned first team all-league selection after her senior season after winning a second team nod as a junior... named to the 1999 San Diego Union-Tribune All-Academic Team and was featured as the U-T's athlete of the month... played on the Club Pacific Volleyball team... also played two years of basketball and earned all-league honorable mention in 1997... all-academic team with a 3.5 GPA.
