Coach Somers' Take Nickname: Sperry twin #2 Tennis: Somehow Emma is the one that always gets pegged (but that just further solidifies the fact that she has the worst luck ever). Will hit winners mach 10 from anywhere in the court including from behind the baseline. It is known if she ever misses because all of USF will hear the scream. She received the Most Inspirational Player Award for the 2005-2006 season. She leads the team morning runs as she is the first one out of the van and starts before everyone has even gotten out, but I think she would lead the pack regardless. However, she must have some very good music playing in that IPod of hers. She hits the ball 800 miles per hour even in the tiebreaker of a third set with no qualms or nerves and just knows how to come up with the goods. She competes to win. Personal: Emma sweats primarily in the head and hair region and is constantly asked "Are you OK?" because of it. She can't live without her best friend's bracelet (Jenny is the other half)...demands tortellini and fast breaks and she better get what she wants...is ALWAYS in the wrong place at the wrong time although she somehow manages to live through it...can be seen laughing and dancing at all times even when there is no music or nothing is funny (again unexplainable)...after much scrutiny and confusion regarding the technological advancements of new and improved cameras, she was forced to upgrade from her loyal disposable cameras. Emma will not be seen in the color orange... she uses volleyball and soccer games as perfect excuses not to study...ever...and has nightmares about being brunette. Future Ambitions: Emma is engaged to both Khalil Greene and Sean Burroughs and will marry them both. She dreams of being an usher at baseball games so she can watch her husbands play...both of them. |
