2007 Cross Country: Set school record at WCC Championship with a time of 21:18, where she placed fourth overall, the second best finish in school history. Was the number one finisher for the Dons in three races. Earned her second straight All-WCC First Team honors for her fourth place finish at Conference. Placed 16th overall at the Bronco Invite with a 5k time of 17:51.

2007 All-WCC First Team (XC)

2007 Track: Set personal bests in the 1500 (4:46.52), 3000 (10:11.23), 5000 (17:35.37) and 10,000 (36:46.01). Set the school record in the 10,000 at the Independent Conference Championships, where she finished fourth. Finished fifth in the 5000 at the Independent Conference Championships, scoring a total of nine points for the Dons.

2006 Cross Country: Placed fifth overall at the USF Invitational to open the season (18:12)... earned her first collegiate cross country victory at the Sacramento State Invitational (18:29)... set a new personal best of 17:57 at the Willamette Invitational... had the second highest finish ever by a USF runner at the WCC Championships with her fifth place finish... placed 52nd at the NCAA West Regional Championships (22:45).

2006 Track: Placed seventh in the 5k at the Independent Conference Championships... Ran a personal best of 17:44.09 in the 5k at the Rafer Johnson/JJK Invite... Placed first in the 5k at the Woody Wilson Invite... Ran a personal best of 10:20.98 in the 3k at the Hornet Invitational.

2005 Cross Country: Ran season best time of 18:46 in the 5k at the San Francisco Invitational... Ran a season best time of 22:35 in the 6k at the NCAA Regional Championships... Placed 17th at the WCC Championships.

2005 Track: Anchored winning Distance Medley Relay at San Francisco Invitational...placed fourth in the 3000m (10:29.22) at the Stanford Open...finished ninth in 18:10 (5000 meters) at the Independent Track and Field Championships.

2004 Cross Country: Named to WCC All-Academic Team...Earned 2004 All-WCC Honorable Mention... ran in top four in all seven meets... earned highest finish in sixth at the Sacramento State Invitational... finished 11th and recorded best time of season at the WCC Championships with a time of 18:58 in the 5k...ran season best 22:33 in the 6k at the Sun Dodger Invitational.

Prep Career: Ran four years of cross country and track at Santa Margarita High School... competed on the 2003 Division III team finishing seventh at the California State Meet... also ran on the 2003 Mt. Sac Sweepstakes championship team... member of the 2003 CIF Division III Southern Section Championship team... two-time California State meet competitor...ran personal bests of 5:26 (1600m) and 11:32 (3200m).
