Complete Brutus Hamilton Day One Results in PDF Format
The USF Track and Field teams competed in the first day of the Brutus Hamilton Invitational at UC Berkeley Friday afternoon. On the women's side freshman Hannah O'Neal set a new personal bests while winning the 800m with a time of 2:16.98. Also setting a personal best in the same event was fellow freshman Arianna Edwards, who was fourth with a time of 2:18.89. Also running well for the women was junior Michelle Born who placed second in the 5000m with a new personal record of 17:04.41. The men's team had twin brothers Colin and Devin Hopkins finish second and third in the 800m with Colin finishing with a personal best time of 1:57.48 and Devin finishing with a personal best time of 1:58.67. In the throws sophomore A.J. Fabrizio set a new personal record in the discus with a throw of 40.34m.
