2005 West Coast Conference Honorable Mention (XC)

2006 Cross Country: Earned four Top 15 finishes in her junior year for the Dons... set a new 5k PR of 17:52 at the Bronco Invitational... at the WCC Championships, finished seventh place.

2006 Track: Placed seventh in the steeplechace at the Independent Conference Championships in her first year of competing in the event... ran on winning 4x800m at the San Francisco Invitational... ran a steeplechase personal best of 11:19.9 at the Woody Wilson Invitational finishing in second place.

2005 Cross Country: Placed 14th and earned Honorable Mention at the WCC Championships in 18:55... ran a season best 22:34 in the 6k at the NCAA Regionals.

2005 Track: Competed on winning Distance Medley Relay at the San Francisco Invitational.

2004 Cross Country: Ran in the top seven in all eight meets... won the San Francisco State Invitational in season best 5K time of 18:23...finished in the top-10 at the Sacramento State Invitational... finished 26th at WCC Championships.

Prep Career: Ran one season of cross country and four years of track at Snohomish High School...member of the 2003 Washington State Cross Country Champions, finishing seventh individually with a time of 18:53 (5k)...four-time Washington State Track Championship finalist...2002 WESCO Track Athlete of the Year...ran personal bests of 5:02 (1600m) and 10:49 (3200m).

Collegiate Bests: 4:48.48 (1500m), 2:20 (800m), 18:23 (5K-Cross Country).
